APCL has been founded with the objective of providing Technical and Financial Support to selected Artisanal and Small-Scale Mining operations with the objective to maximize production to the extent possible, without compromise to International Environmental regulations and by following appropriate and Internationally acceptable Mining Practices.

Where applicable, we will identify, develop, directly manage and operate Mining Concessions earmarked for Large scale production Mining Operations in a profit share arrangement with the ASMs of these areas.

Gold produced from these operations will be purchased by us on mutually agreeable terms and sold or refined at Mwanza Precious Metals Refinery prior to its exportation.

Its in our nature to conduct all our Businesses in strict compliance to International regulations besides, in line to our own stringent Social and Ethical Codes, that all our employees, associates and vendors have to comply with.
